All our offices are open between 9 am – 5.15 pm Monday to Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Can I visit the office during the Covid-19 pandemic?

Our offices are closed to most visitors but there are certain circumstances where you can have a face to face appointment with our Wills and Probate team. A face covering must be worn at all times when visiting any of our offices.

I am in the process of getting probate for my late sister's estate. The probate office could not proceed with this without the original copy of the will. I applied to Neves for it and Christine Herbert answered this very promptly and sent it by Special Delivery to myself. Thus I was able to send it to the Probate office, without delay.
